Monitoring

We provide our customers with basic service monitoring of all servers under our service. The most common services monitored are, for example: Internet connection, monitoring free space on the hard drive, monitoring the CPU and memory load, monitoring the operation of other applications. Customers can receive monthly reports on the performance of their servers, if its needed.

Problem Solving Reports

All support service activities are documented – customer problems are recorded, resolved and the customer is notified of the work done. At the end of the month, we send the customer a summary report of all the work that was done this month.

Response Time

Response time is the time it takes to start solving the problem from the moment a monitoring error message is received. In case the error cannot be prevented by monitoring, we are available by phone or email customer support on business days from 8:00 to 18:00.

IT Administration SLA

  • fast response (within 2 hours) in case of failure of higher priority services, including the most business-critical incidents (damaged server application)
  • medium priority response (within 4 hours), including critical incidents
  • low priority response (within 8 hours), for cases not mentioned above
